Marlin witnesses the abduction of his only son and speeds off in search of the divers and their boat, his own neurotic self-preservation issues forgotten.
Nemo ventures into the open sea and is promptly snatched up by a scuba diver. Marlin's overbearing paranoia eventually becomes too much for the adventurous youngster - distinguished, not handicapped, by an undersized fin - who takes up a classmate's dare to leave the safety of the reef. After losing his wife and most of their unhatched eggs to a vicious barracuda, bright-orange clownfish Marlin (voiced by Albert Brooks) becomes overly cautious - he won't even leave his sea anemone home alone - and extremely protective of his sole surviving offspring, Nemo (Alexander Gould). (2001), the visuals are utterly convincing and the story revolves around a diverse - and very funny - group of characters who inhabit a fantastic version of the ocean. As befits the company that produced the TOY STORY films and MONSTERS, INC.
That's a valid point, but, once again, it is best to wait for a definitive update before reaching any conclusion.Pixar heads under the sea and finds subject matter that couldn't be more perfectly suited to its vivid style of computer animation. Many fans believe that if someone was to be lost and found in the third movie, that could be Marvin. While googling, you may encounter a potential third movie, called Finding Marvin but since most of the information about it can be found in Pixarfanon, a site anyone can edit, we would wait to hear from the studio and the team before confirming this as true. After all, that's exactly what they did with Finding Dory waiting for the right time and letting things rest seems to be the correct thing to do, to ensure that a sequel is organic, rather than forced – as are many sequels. If a sequel was to happen, however, we would assume that creators would once again take their time. Of course, Finding Dory did open up possibilities for a potential new addition in the franchise, as it proved the interest in it didn't die out, not even 13 years later, plus it introduced several new characters.

Nor does it help that Pixar's newest shorts, titled Dory Finding send a controversial message by having Dory having fun with the rubbish she encounters in the ocean, essentially romanticizing them. If a Finding Nemo 3 was to be made, it would have to significantly expand what we already know and take us to places we haven't seen before and couldn't have predicted.
